The Aegis Lite is a next-generation flight stabilization controller system specifically designed for RC fixed-wing aircraft. It combines a 6-axis IMU (3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer) with advanced flight stabilization algorithms to deliver precise, confident control across a wide range of aircraft, from conventional fixed-wing models to professional 3D aerobatic aircraft and turbine jets. With the integrated RTL (Return-to-Launch) feature, Aegis further enhances flight safety and provides pilots with an additional layer of protection during flight.
Multiple Flight Maneuvers with Hold Stabilization Assistance
The AEGIS System supports a variety of flight manuevers through Hold stabilization mode, as well as more flexible combinations of stabilization modes, including Hover, High Alpha, Heading Hold, Roll Hold, and Inverted Flight, providing precise stabilization and reliable attitude locking across a variety of demanding flight maneuvers. Up to 7 independently configurable Stabilization Banks can be assigned and switched during flight, allowing pilots to instantly adapt the aircraft’s handling characteristics and stabilization response to different flight conditions and maneuvers.
Main Gain with Flexible Axis Gain Adjustment
For greater tuning flexibility, Aegis provides a Main Gain adjustment together with independent gain settings for the Aileron, Elevator, and Rudder axes. This allows pilots to precisely fine-tune stabilization performance to suit virtually any aircraft configuration and flying style.
RTL Flight Safety & Versatile Connectivity
When paired with the optional GPS ADV Plus module through the dedicated C1/C2 expansion ports, Aegis adds an intelligent Return-to-Launch (RTL) function for enhanced flight safety, while retaining pilot manual override for immediate control when required.Designed to support multiple signal types, the receiver interface is compatible with both FBUS and F.Port connections. The A1 interface also enables direct battery voltage monitoring without requiring an external voltage sensor.
Easy & Quick Setup with Lua Configuration in the Field
Aegis features an intuitive Stick Learning setup process that allows pilots to configure wing types and control directions directly from an ETHOS radio in just minutes, significantly simplifying installation and reducing setup time. Configuration is further streamlined through a graphical Lua configuration interface, allowing pilots to configure the system, fine-tune parameters in the field, and monitor real-time telemetry and other flight information directly from the radio.
